Stainless steel vessel with a volume of 395 liters and a diameter of 63.7 cm, designed for fermentation and storage of wine. Created for the home winemaker.

It can be horizontal – to prevent the tap from clogging or vertical – to separate the wine from the lees using a pump. The placement of the perforated lid allows the lees to be kept submerged in the wine for better extraction in red wines. In this way, the so-called submerged cap fermentation is carried out.

Tip: When used as a fermentation vessel, for better control of the process, it is recommended to use a heat exchange panel for cooling or heating, a thermometer and a draining cylinder.
