PURPOSE:
• DETECTS AND REMOVES CATS, DOGS, SQUIRRELS, FOXES AND OTHER NEGATIVE ANIMALS USING POWERFUL ULTRASONIC SOUND.
• SAFE FOR ANIMALS AND WILDLIFE.
• RANGE UP TO 10 METERS WITH 120° ARC GUARDS OVER 100 SQUARE METERS.
WORKING PRINCIPLE:
Humans can hear frequencies up to 20,000 Hz. Sound above this frequency is called "Ultrasonic". Animals can hear ultrasound, but it is quite unpleasant for them and they will run away from it. When the device is turned on, its sensor detects animal movement in the space it covers. Any movement causes the device to emit a 5-second burst of sound from the speaker, between 13,000 and 60,000 Hz, and this drives away the unpleasant animals from the area. The sensor flashes green when sound is emitted.
Inserting the batteries: Four AA Mignon (NiMH 1.2V) batteries are required to power the device (not included). Using a Phillips screwdriver, remove the back cover of the device and insert the four batteries (make sure the polarity is correct). Insert and close the cover tightly. Turn the right knob on the front to "off" to prevent unwanted electricity consumption.
INSTALLATION:
Screw the metal rod from the box into the base of the device.
Choose a position for the device, keeping the following in mind:
The sensor must be pointed at the place from which you want to drive away the unpleasant animals (the area is 10 m from the device and a 120° arc)
Ultrasound does not pass through solid objects, such as walls, fences, trees and garden furniture, so place it where obstructions are minimal.
The device should be away from other sources of loud noise, such as busy roads, playgrounds, etc.
The solar panel on the top of the device needs to receive as much sunlight as possible to keep the batteries well charged, so choose a sunny location.
The device is rainproof and can be placed anywhere outdoors
Drive the metal rod into the ground until the device is about 15 cm above the ground.
Make sure the pole is vertical so the sensor is pointing straight ahead and not up or down.
Setting:
Left Knob - Sets the distance the device will operate in. Turning the knob clockwise increases the area from zero to a maximum of 10 m and also increases the sensitivity of the sensor.
Right button - This is the 'off' switch, and also a 3-position selector that allows you to choose the type of animal you want to repel:
Position 1: Mice and Rats
Position 2: The above plus cats, martens, weasels, ermines, minks, rabbits, squirrels and other small animals
Position 3: The above plus foxes, dogs, boars, deer and other large animals. Note that in Position 3, the device emits both Ultrasound and sound that can be heard by humans.

Do not use the device near rodent pets, such as mice, rats, hamsters, gerbils, guinea pigs, rabbits, squirrels, and ferrets.
Do not attempt to open the device or access its internal parts.
The ultrasonic device will not affect electronic equipment, including pacemakers, garage door openers, remote controls, and the like.
