Description
The QED Subwoofer 40 is designed primarily for low capacitance, as this is a key factor in creating a tight sound. The used Complementary Conductor Technology™ is combined with a special zinc-magnesium ferrite shell to absorb very high frequency noise signals outside the sound band.
The design of QED Analoc2™ jacks helps control eddy currents, which can also affect the micro-timing of the audio signal, maintaining high accuracy from start to finish.
Main highlights:
- Conductor technology with 99.99% silver oxygen-free copper;
- Zinc-magnesium ferrite shell to absorb high-frequency noise signals;
- Low-loss polyethylene (PE) dielectric;
- 99.999% oxygen-free copper braid for 100% electromagnetic shielding coverage in coaxial geometry;
- Gold-plated QED Analoc2™ RCA jacks featuring high-purity copper contacts, a hollow center pin, and a low eddy current design.
