Description

SUBSTRATE UNIVERSAL BIOCOLOR

Universal mixture for planting and grafting annual and perennial ornamental plants and vegetables.
This substrate is made of high-quality white peat extracted from the peat bogs of Estonia, compost and agroperlite.
Peat is an indispensable nutrient medium for plants, due to its excellent water resistance, buffering capacity, porosity, and freedom from pests and weeds.
White peat has very good water and air capacity, ensuring powerful growth of the roots and above-ground part of plants.
Compost provides invaluable organic nutrients to plants, and agroperlite helps to maintain the substrate's water permeability and aeration for longer.
The mixture is sieved to a fine structure, providing excellent moisture retention on the one hand, and on the other hand, an optimal environment for the development of root hairs.

The substrate contains a humectant for better initial irrigation and is enriched with all micro- and macroelements,
necessary for the growth and development of plants for about 5 weeks, after which additional nutrition is necessary for better results, according to the metabolism and requirements of different plant types.
