HUAWEI Mate X7 in Black is a foldable smartphone with an 8-inch inner LTPO OLED screen and a 6.49-inch outer display that can be used as a regular phone. The configuration is 16 GB RAM and 512 GB built-in memory, with a triple camera 50+40+50 MP and IP58/IP59 protection.

Two LTPO OLED screens with adaptive 1–120 Hz

The inner panel reaches 2500 nits peak brightness at 2416 × 2210 px, and the outer one 3000 nits with Kunlun Glass 2 protection. High-frequency dimming at 1440 Hz PWM protects the eyes when reading in the dark.

Triple camera with variable aperture F1.49–F4.0

The main 50 MP sensor with RYYB matrix and optical stabilisation gathers light for night shots, while the 50 MP periscope telephoto lens gives 3.5x optical zoom and macro shots. The ultra-wide module is 40 MP with a 120° field of view.

66 W wired charging and 50 W wireless charging

The smartphone also supports reverse wireless charging at 7.5 W for headphones or a watch. The battery has a typical capacity of 5300 mAh.

IP58/IP59 protection and aluminium frame

The body withstands immersion up to 2 m for 30 minutes, as well as a jet of hot water under pressure – a rarity among foldable models. The frame is made of aerospace aluminium, and the back has an eco-leather coating.

Kirin 9030 Pro, 16 GB RAM and Wi-Fi 7

The nine-core processor works with Maleoon 935 graphics and 512 GB UFS storage, and EMUI 15 allows several apps to run simultaneously on the large screen. The wireless part includes 2×2 MIMO Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0 and NFC for payments.
