Micro Mangold is easy and quick to grow at home, providing fresh and tasty leaves in a short period of time. They are consumed at an early stage of growth, at the moment they develop their first pair of true leaves, as they contain all the vitamins and nutrients concentrated in just those two leaves.

Micro mangold is characterised by its bright green leaves and coloured stems, which are not only full of beneficial substances but also give every dish an visually attractive appearance.

It is a true superfood, rich in vitamin K and fibre, which are essential for maintaining a healthy body.

Growing instructions:

1. Fill a shallow container with good-quality soil.
2. Level the soil and water it until it is as damp as a household sponge.
3. Sow the seeds densely and evenly over the soil, noting that micro plants do not need much space to grow.
4. Press the seeds into the soil to ensure better contact, and cover them with a thin layer of soil.
5. Spray the soil 1–2 times a day, maintaining moderate moisture without overwatering it.
6. Expect the first harvest after about 2–3 weeks.
