Foil cutter series Deluxe by Vin Bouquet, which works great, because it offers a practical convenience when opening a wine bottle. It has 2 small blades underneath. Place the knife at the very top of the bottle neck, a few millimetres from the edge. Turn gently and make one full circle. Remove the knife and you will be sure you have made a perfect cut of the foil. Remove the cut-off part and there you have it: the top of the cork stopper is exposed.
