Description
The fischer TherMax 10 remote insulation fixing system is a reliable solution for installation in external walls without thermal bridging in ETICS. The glass-fibre-reinforced tapered screw-bolt pushes its way through the plaster of the insulation. During installation, the screw-bolt is turned into the universal UX fixing element and is thereby firmly anchored in the building material. The anti-cold cone on the tip of the screw-bolt creates a thermal barrier and holds the external fixing element. TherMax secures light loads, such as light fittings, letter boxes or lightning conductors, to concrete, aerated concrete and solid and perforated brickwork. TherMax 10 is suitable for pre-positioned installation. The self-tapping, glass-fibre-reinforced cone pushes through the plaster of the insulation during installation. The anti-cold cone uses a thermal barrier to minimise heat losses. For use in wood without a dowel, the wood (footnote below the load table), as well as the plaster, must be pre-drilled: TherMax 10: d02 = 18 mm, h02 = 50 mm.
