Sand filter systems are ideal for continuous operation and larger pools

  • Operating costs compared to conventional filter pumps with a cartridge filter are much lower, as the sand needs to be replaced every 5 years.
  • With increasing levels of contamination, quartz sand is simply cleaned by flushing and can continue to be used.
  • The operation of this sand filter system requires almost no maintenance.
  • Sand filling: quartz sand with a grain size between 0.45 and 0.85 mm / about 12 kg recommended
  • Maximum operating pressure: 1.4 bar.
  • Energy consumption: about 190 watts / hour.
  • Maximum pump capacity: 4500 liters / hour.
  • Suitable for pools up to 18 m³.
