WORKING PRINCIPLE
The electronic rodent control device 446342 emits a powerful emission of ultrasonic waves that affect the hearing and nervous system of rodents. This sound is inaudible to humans, but has a strong effect on rodents because it disrupts their established vital functions and causes panic among them. Rodents stop feeding and breeding and subsequently leave the protected area. The device has a wide frequency range, covered in three operating modes. This makes it possible to select the most suitable mode for driving away a particular group.
EXPECTED EFFECT
The initial effect occurs after about 12-14 days, and the maximum - after about 25 days. During this period, you will notice increased activity of rodents. This is normal - under the influence of ultrasonic waves they leave their hiding places, and subsequently the protected area.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
When the device is connected to the mains, the three indicator lights will flash and one or more tones will be heard. The number of flashes of the indicator lights and the number of sound tones when switched on correspond to the selected operating mode, i.e. mode I – 1 tone + 1 flash, mode II – 2 tones + 2 flashes, mode III – 3 tones + 3 flashes. The desired operating mode is selected using the SET button. Press SET once and release, after which the device will switch to the next operating mode.
Mode I: Frequency range from 30 to 41KHz - Suitable for repelling mice, rats, spiders, etc.
Mode II: Frequency range from 20 to 41KHz - Suitable for repelling mice, rats, spiders, squirrels, ferrets, weasels, skunks, cats, dogs, etc.
Mode III: Frequency range from 8 to 41KHz - Suitable for repelling mice, rats, spiders, squirrels, ferrets, weasels, skunks, cats, dogs, etc. In this mode, the device is most effective.
ATTENTION!
In mode III, the device emits frequencies audible to humans. This mode is suitable for areas where there is no human presence, because it causes an unpleasant sensation for most people. When changing the operating mode and during operation, you may hear a crackling or buzzing sound, which is part of the normal operation of the device and is due to the change in the operating frequency of the ultrasonic module. The frequency and amplitude of the signals emitted by the device are constantly changing, which prevents pests from getting used to the device.
