Description

Spinach is a plant with few calories and many vitamins and minerals.

  • It is easy to grow and yields a year-round harvest.
  • Suitable for growing in pots.
  • A very productive winter-hardy spinach variety.
  • Can be grown for baby leaves.
  • Fill a pot or container with soil, level it and press it down to make contact. Water beforehand.
  • Scatter the seeds evenly and cover them with about 1 cm of soil.
  • Press again for contact.
  • Cover the pot with clear plastic wrap or something else to ensure sufficient humidity for germination and at the same time monitor growth.
  • Once the seeds germinate, remove the cover and place in a bright place without direct sun.
  • Transplant the seedlings to their permanent location outside every 6-7 cm.
  • Water regularly and watch for premature flowering.
  • For a delicious harvest, grow spinach during the cooler months.
