LUJA 20 LATEX SEMI-MATT WHITE

Special acrylic paint, semi-matt, suitable for walls and ceilings in wet, damp and frequently cleaned rooms

• Luja 20 semi-matt paint contains anti-mould ingredients that provide long-lasting protection against the appearance of mildew and mould. Thanks to this, the painted surface remains clean and protected for longer.

• Exceptional resistance to chemicals and wear. The painted surface withstands strong cleaning agents and mechanical stress, making it suitable for painting walls in rooms subject to constant cleaning (e.g. kitchens, foyers, hospital corridors, patient rooms).

• Washable and extremely durable, Luja 20 is ideal for bathrooms, changing rooms, swimming pools and other wet rooms or rooms with high humidity

Recommended use:
Interior walls and ceilings in rooms where high washability and wear resistance are required, such as lobbies, stairwells, hospital corridors, patient rooms and other surfaces subject to higher than normal stress. Recommended for bathrooms, kitchens and wet rooms.

Application method: Brush, roller or spray – nozzle 0.015"–0.021", dilution 0–5% by volume.

Drying time at 23^°C, 50% relative air humidity: Touch dry – after about 2 hours. Recoat after approximately 4 hours.

Resistance to washing and wet cleaning: Very good. Can be washed with detergents and disinfectants used in hospitals; 

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:

Application conditions: The surface to be painted must be dry, the temperature must be at least +5°C and the relative air humidity below 80%.
Surface preparation:

Unpainted surfaces:
Clean new surfaces, removing contaminants and dust. If necessary, level the surfaces with suitable Presto filler and sand the dry surface. Remove sanding dust. Prime with LUJA universal primer.

Painted surfaces: Wash previously painted surfaces with Maalipesu cleaning agent according to the instructions and allow to dry. Remove any loose, peeling paint with a scraper. Matt the surfaces. Remove sanding dust. Fill any holes and cracks and level the surfaces with suitable Presto filler. Sand the filler and remove sanding dust. If necessary, before finishing, prime with LUJA universal primer.

Painting: 
Stir LUJA paint well before use. Apply 1–2 coats with roller, brush or spray.

Maintenance painting: Surfaces painted with LUJA can be repainted with the same or a similar water-based paint.
