Recommendations for spray application:
Airless Spraying: The usual recommendation for
airless spraying is on the paint to apply
minimum working pressure of 140 kg/cm² (2000 lbs/in²) with
nozzle size from 0.38 mm to 0.46 mm (15 18 thou) under
angle 65°. Filter mesh 60.
Surface preparation:
Surfaces to be painted must be
healthy. Remove oils, greases and flaking
materials. Treat friable surfaces with a primer for
plaster. The surfaces to be painted,
must be healthy, clean, dry and free from
defective or poorly adhering materials, dirt,
grease and salt. Before priming, the new plaster and

Application:
Temperature (of air, surface, material) (most
a little 4° above the condensation temperature) from 10° to
32°. Maximum relative humidity 75%.
