CLAGE DBX 24 NEXT instantaneous water heater, 24 kW, three-phase, energy class A

Hot water instantly for the bathroom and kitchen, with no tank and no standby losses.

The CLAGE DBX 24 NEXT instantaneous water heater is an electronically controlled model for three-phase power supply 400 V, which heats the water at the moment it flows through and supplies several points in the home. The outlet temperature is factory-set to 50 °C and can be adjusted on the unit between 30 °C and 60 °C. The compact housing, 46.6 cm high, is mounted on the wall above or below the sink.

Electronic control with no external buttons

The power is adjusted automatically according to the flow rate and the temperature of the incoming water, so the outlet temperature stays constant even when the pressure changes. The base model of the electronic series has no control elements on the housing, which also makes it the most affordable in the range.

Hot water from a starting flow of 1.5 l/min

The unit switches on at a very weak flow thanks to the new hydraulics, which matters for sinks with a water-saving aerator. When heating by 28 K, it delivers 12.3 l/min of mixed water: enough for a bath or for a shower and sink at the same time.

IES heater with bare wire for less limescale

The bare heating wire transfers heat directly to the water, accumulates less limescale and is easy to maintain. The layout of the heating channels is resistant to air pockets in the water.

Protection with air bubble sensor and temperature cut-off

The electronic system monitors for air in the water and switches off heating when the temperature or pressure is exceeded. The protection rating is IP 25, and the maximum incoming water temperature is 30 °C.

Installation with flexible G ½" connection

The free installation space in the housing and the connection options allow replacement of an old unit without moving the pipes. The power supply is fixed to a three-phase 400 V network with a 6.0 mm² cable and a 35 A fuse.
