CATA IHPF 351 BK induction hob, 2000 W, 1 zone, touch control

Eight cooking programs and temperature regulation from 60 °C to 240 °C on a single glass plate.

The CATA IHPF 351 BK induction hob is a freestanding appliance with a single heating zone and a power of 2000 W, which plugs into a standard 220–240 V socket. It features touch control with an LED display, and the glass surface is cleaned with a damp cloth. It works with induction cookware having a bottom diameter from 12 cm to 26 cm.

Eight cooking modes for different dishes

Selection is made using the Select key: Stir-fry, Hot Pot, Soup, Water, Fry, Steam, Milk, and Congee. In Soup, Water, Milk, and Congee, the appliance operates at a preset power, while the Steam mode starts with a ready countdown of 45 minutes and automatically switches to standby.

Power from 300 W to 2000 W in 8 steps

In Stir-fry and Hot Pot modes, the hob starts at 1600 W, and with the [+] and [-] keys, the level is lowered to 300 W for simmering or raised to the maximum for quick boiling. Fry mode operates by temperature and is adjusted in 8 steps from 60 °C to 240 °C.

Timer up to 2 hours and 59 minutes and panel lock

The timer is available in Stir-fry, Hot Pot, and Fry modes: after the time expires, the hob sounds a beep and turns off into standby mode. The Lock key locks all sensors except On/Off and is released by pressing for 3 seconds.

Cookware recognition and overheating protection

If there is no suitable cookware on the zone or it is lifted, heating stops and the display shows code E1. Separate sensors monitor the temperature of the glass plate and the electronics, and when operating for more than 2 hours without a command, the appliance requires a new setting.

Compatible cookware: steel, cast iron, and enamel

Works with magnetic cookware made of steel, cast iron, enamelled iron, and magnetic stainless steel with a flat bottom from 12 cm to 26 cm. When placed, the cookware must be centered on the zone, and the free space around the body must be at least 10 cm so as not to block the ventilation opening.
