FOAM MULTI BOSTIK TURBO+

Bostik Turbo Foam

Fast-setting (60+60 sec) non-shrink, all-season high-quality polyurethane foam, for both manual and gun use - extremely suitable for both bonding (drywall, OSB, EPS, XPS, mineral wool) and sealing (very fast installation of doors and windows, for emergency repairs). For indoor and outdoor applications, featuring an all-season formula for working from -10°C to +35°C. 

Application:
Shake at least 20 times before use every time.

• Turn the can with the valve pointing downwards and apply 5 cm from the edges, in vertical lines 20 cm apart. Recommended width of applied beads 10-12 mm. 
• Keep in mind that reactivity is longer if the product is applied at lower temperatures. 

Bonding

• apply foam for 1 minute. Wait for a "skin" to form (2 to 5 minutes depending on air humidity) and then bond. Hold surfaces stationary for 1 minute to gain initial strength. Full cure of the bond after 60 minutes. 

Installation and cavity filling

• fill 50% of the cavity if the foam is applied with the straw, fill 80% of the cavity if applied with a gun. If air humidity is low, spray the foam with water using a spray bottle. Wait 15 minutes before cutting. Without any shrinkage after full cure (60 minutes). 
• Can be painted or covered with sealant/plaster after curing
• Uncured foam: use Bostik Foam Cleaner 
• Cured foam: scrape off
