One-component water-based hybrid polyurethane acrylic paint, produced using new technology, suitable for interior and exterior flooring with medium traffic. Ideal for flooring based on cement, concrete, or other materials. Thanks to its special composition, it provides exceptional resistance to wear and washing, as well as to the effects of chemicals, oils, cleaning agents, and adverse weather conditions. It has strong adhesion, high coverage, and excellent leveling, providing an impeccable satin finish.

SURFACES
Surfaces must be clean, dry, and smooth, free of dust, grease, or loose materials.
Floorguard Hybrid PU is applied directly onto the cement surface, without primer. Loose or highly absorbent surfaces should be primed.

APPLICATION
Before use, the product must be stirred well. It is applied in one or more coats by brush, roller, or airless spray gun. The first coat is applied after dilution with 15-20% water. Subsequent coats are applied after dilution with 5-10% water. The product should not be applied at temperatures lower than 5°C, higher than 35°C, and/or at relative humidity higher than 70%, or if there is a risk of rain or frost within the next 48 hours. The applied layer is dry to the touch in 30-60 minutes. Subsequent coats are applied after 6-8 hours. The given times vary depending
on atmospheric conditions (relative humidity and temperature). Surfaces painted with Floorguard Hybrid PU can be washed with water and a mild detergent at least 3-4 weeks after
their painting.
