EVPoint EV22 is a next-generation charging station that enables fast and safe AC charging with power up to 22 kW. The device is a perfect solution for charging at home and in public settings by connecting a Type 2 cable for European vehicles or a Type 1 adapter for American ones. The successful use of the charging station precisely in public settings makes the station, manufactured in Bulgaria, one of the most sought-after chargers for hotels, office buildings, car parks, shopping centres and car showrooms. Thanks to its internet connectivity options (3G, 4G, Wi-Fi and Ethernet), the station allows remote control and real-time monitoring from the comfort of the EVPoint mobile app. The internet connection also allows remote receipt of updates that improve the device's operation, as well as online checks in case of a problem or fault. The station itself has its own web interface for configuration, monitoring and diagnostics. Through the supported OCPP 1.6 protocol, the station can be connected to any platform that works with the same protocol. This is especially important when the station is used for public access. Choosing the charging speed
The charging rate can also be controlled. The three-phase charging station can charge at a current you specify, up to 32A – 22 kW. Given the widely used single-phase on-board chargers in electric vehicles on the market at present, EV22 stands out as one of the best-optimised chargers in terms of functionality and charging capabilities. When installed at a public location where other smart stations are present, EVPoint EV22 can monitor instantaneous consumption and regulate the charging power of all devices so that the grid is not overloaded, while the charging process is not interrupted. Monitoring charging sessions in real time
A convenient feature of the EVPoint mobile app in combination with the charging station is the ability to remotely monitor charging sessions in real time. This way you can see the instantaneous power, change the preset parameters or, if necessary, stop the charging.
Charging history
Every charge started through the app is recorded and stored in your charging history. From this section you can display statistics for a specific period and analyse the electricity consumption used for the vehicle from your home.
