DESCRIPTION

AQUAMAT-ELASTIC is a two-component, highly elastic, grease-based cementitious waterproofing.
It consists of a dry cement mixture (component A) and a liquid elasticizer (component B).
After hardening, it forms a seamless membrane with the following properties:

• Ability to cover cracks.
• Complete resistance to positive
hydrostatic pressure up to 5 atm, according to
EN 12390-8. Also has
resistance to negative pressure.
• Protects concrete from carbonation.
• Vapor permeability.
• Suitable for drinking water tanks,
as well as for surfaces that are in direct contact
contact with food products, according to W347.
• Resistance to UV rays.
• No corrosive effect on
the steel reinforcement in the concrete.
• Wastewater resistance
(wastewater treatment plants,
sewage, etc.)
• Resistance to aging.
• Excellent adhesion to slightly damp substrates,
without priming.
• Easy and economical installation.
• Has a certificate for anti-root
resistance, which is why it is suitable
waterproofing for green roofs,
flower shops, etc.
• Can also be used as radon
barrier.

ANNEX

It is used for waterproofing surfaces made of concrete, plaster, bricks, cement blocks, mosaic, plasterboard, wood, metal, etc.
Suitable in cases where high elasticity and good adhesion of the waterproofing layer are required. For waterproofing of
surfaces subjected to expansion/contraction or vibration and have or are expected to develop cracks, such as flat
roofs, balconies, above-ground water tanks, swimming pools, “inverted” roofs, etc. Allows waterproofing of basements and foundations,
internally or externally, against moisture or pressurized water.
