To maintain the shine of the cutlery and prevent stains when cleaning in the dishwasher, rinse the cutlery with water before placing it and avoid contact between the knives and other cutlery in the same basket. Use a moderate amount of detergent, place the knives with the blades facing up and open the dishwasher door immediately after the cycle is finished to prevent condensation, and it is preferable to dry the cutlery by hand.
