The classic Convex 30 L distiller is a professional modular distiller with a 30-litre vessel, clarifier and condenser. The complete set, made of high-quality stainless steel (INOX), is suitable for use on all types of cooking hobs.

The distiller is equipped with a 30-litre container (recommended filling up to 90% of the capacity, but not less than 25%), a cooler with separator and 2 thermometers, which allows distillation to be carried out without additional equipment. The set is suitable for use with various heat sources. The two precise thermometers with probes make it easy to monitor temperatures - inside the container and in the separator. The needle hose with a coupling allows easy connection of the water inlet and outlet. A silicone hose is used to collect the distillate.
The dome lid of the container (Convex type) is an innovative design that ensures even condensation of the vapours, resulting in a distillate with excellent taste and aroma. The shape of the lid allows any splashing of the wash or mash to fall back without risk of contaminating the column and its packing.
The dome shape, inspired by classic alembics with a "swan neck", increases the stability of the entire column, even on tall distillers, which also results in greater stability of the whole distillation process. The dome lid has only one main opening for mounting the column.

The clarifier allows you to obtain a cleaner distillate with a higher separating power. It performs several important functions, including preventing heavier fractions, which are undesirable in the final product, from passing from the tank. It also provides a place where simple redistillation takes place, resulting in a cleaner distillate with lower water consumption in the cooler.
