Shuffle the cards at the start of the game and reveal the first one. Each player takes the tiles shown on their card and places them on the table, building their own arrangement of tiles. However, to build their tower, they must follow certain rules:\u003c\/p\u003e \n  \u003col\u003e \n   \u003cli\u003eThe new tile must touch at least one other tile on the same level along one side of a square. \u003c\/li\u003e \n   \u003cli\u003eA tile may also be placed on top of two or more other tiles, but no part of the new tile should extend beyond the tiles beneath it. \u003c\/li\u003e \n   \u003cli\u003eThe new tiles, placed on the same level, must touch at least one other tile, while covering parts of at least two tiles and not overhang.\u003c\/li\u003e \n  \u003c\/ol\u003e \n  \u003cp\u003eAfter all the cards have been drawn and the tiles placed, the players take turns calculating their scores. A tile on the lowest level 0 earns no points at all. A tile on level 1 earns as many points as the number shown on it. A tile on level 2 earns the tile's points multiplied by 2. Who will collect the most points and win the game?
