Description

Winemaking bentonite is applicable for clarifying wines from protein and other darkening. For white wines, dose 20-70 g. per 100 l. of wine, and for red wines: 10-30 g. per 100 l. Application: The required amount of bentonite is poured and stirred into 0.5 l of warm water. After standing for 24 hours, the bentonite swells and a slurry is obtained. 2-3 liters of wine are added to it, stirred and poured into the total amount of wine. Clarification is completed after 10-15 days, depending on the temperature.
