BARDAHL Antifreeze Type D is developed based on ethylene glycol using Organic Acid Inhibitor technology. It does not contain nitrites, amines, phosphates, borates, or silicates. Excellent performance in conducted anti-corrosion tests on copper, steel, cast iron, aluminum, brass, and solder. Chemical neutrality (pH: 8.0). The possessed alkalinity neutralizes the acidity of exhaust gases. It has strong anti-foaming properties and high stability against "hard water". Low inhibitor depletion rate. It is not aggressive towards seals and part coatings. The contained inhibitor agents comply with EU legislation. Compatible with ethylene glycol-based antifreezes. NOT compatible with Type C antifreezes! Boiling point: + 107°C. Freezing point: - 25°C.
