Description

Ryzen 7000 Delid-Die-Mate is a tool for removing the thermally conductive pad ("delidding") of AMD Ryzen 7000 processors.
After removing the pad, the processors can be cooled using the so-called "Direct Die" method. The cooler
is mounted directly on the processor dies, this makes possible a significantly optimized transfer of heat exchange between the die
and the CPU cooler.
