Description

The thermal pad minus pad extreme is silicone-based with a consistency similar to modeling clay.
This allows for perfect surface shaping with maximum possible compression.
The negative pad is electrically insulating.
Due to the consistency, single use only is recommended.
Thermal conductivity is improved by about 260% compared to minus pad 8, allowing the best cooling for difficult cooling operations such as voltage regulators and memory ICs.
