Cartridge for turntable NAGAOKA - MP-100 can provide a fantastic vocal experience during playback and offers musical clarity and expression at a very high level. The cartridge works on the principle of a moving permalloy magnet "MM" /Moving Magnet/.

Cartridges from the "MP" series by NAGAOKA belong to the Moving Iron (MI) family and have replaceable styli.
In the body (directly above the stylus holder) there is a relatively large fixed samarium-cobalt magnet.
The cantilever is not fitted with a magnet (as is the case with standard MM elements), but is made of an alloy with very high magnetic permeability.
Thanks to this design, MPs have low stylus tip mass, improved dynamic behaviour and an efficient generator.
The Nagaoka MP series (Moving Permalloy) have a reinforced carbon fibre mounting bar and an exceptionally strong samarium-cobalt magnet.
