The Artisan® 6.6L Stand Mixer is designed with 11 different speeds, adapted to any recipe. Speed 1/2 gently mixes delicate ingredients like blueberries and egg whites, keeping air in the mixture as if it were mixed by hand. The soft start feature minimizes splashing, while the remaining 10 speeds allow you to process any ingredient quickly and efficiently.
Bowl lifting system for increased efficiency
The Artisan® Lift-Bowl Stand Mixer is slightly taller and has a larger capacity than tilt-head stand mixers. The bowl locks securely in place at the 3-point lock and can then be raised and lowered. The bowl is sturdier and is ideal for use when you want to process large amounts of ingredients frequently.
