Description

The alcoholometer is used to measure the alcohol content of the distillate.
How to use: Pour the liquid into the cylinder and stir it. Slowly immerse the measuring instrument into the cylinder and let it float freely. The value is where the liquid reaches the scale.
The breathalyzer is calibrated to operate at a temperature of 20 degrees.
For each higher temperature value, reduce the reading by 0.3.
For each lower temperature value, increase the reading by 0.3.
