Device for measuring the sugar content of grapes and their degree of ripening
The FERRARI BABO mostimeter is designed to determine the degree of grape ripening and its sugar content. It has the ability to calculate (with some approximation) the alcohol content that will be obtained from the grapes. It can also be used to monitor the fermentation process.
