Description
The vinometer is used to measure the alcohol content of wine. It is shaped like a capillary tube with a scale up to 20 degrees and a small funnel at the bottom of the measuring instrument. How to use: pour the wine into the funnel and wait until 2-3 drops reach the opposite side: this will prevent the formation of air bubbles in the capillary tube. Turn the vinometer upside down and place the funnel on a horizontal, smooth surface. The liquid will slowly fill the capillary tube until it reaches the reading value. The vinometer should be thoroughly washed after use.
